WELCOME

I am an experienced clinical psychologist with a primary training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
My practice is situated in a lovely Victorian house in Claremont, which provides ample parking.

I work with a range of client difficulties such as depression, anxiety, addictions
and relationship difficulties.

Following a comprehensive assessment, I give feedback and discuss treatment options.
I work with a team of health care providers when necessary.

Assessment outcome and the feedback discussion informs the intervention so as
to focus on treatment goals.

• Shorter term psychotherapy helps clients identify, manage or resolve a specific problem.
  It provides insight, strengthens resilience and improves coping skills.


• Longer term psychotherapy is depth and bredth oriented and allows clients to focus on complex and long standing difficulties in their lives and relationships. It develops insight and self reflection so that one is better able to manage feelings and make healthy choices in life.
